ESA Clinical Weekend

Dear Colleagues,

We are delighted to invite you to the ESA Clinical Weekend 2023 which will be held from 24th – 26th November at Voco in Brisbane, Australia.

We are honoured to welcome two incredible plenary speakers to the 2023 Clinical Weekend; Professor William Rainey, Jerome W.Conn Professor, Molecular and Integrative Physiology and Internal Medicine, and Director, Endocrine Neoplasia Basic Research at the University of Michigan Medical School, Michigan, and Professor Janet Hall, Head of the Reproductive Physiology and Pathophysiology Group and Clinical Director at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, North Carolina.

Alongside our plenary speakers, we will have the traditional showcase of Advanced Trainees presenting their most interesting and challenging clinical case studies on the following topics:

  • Adrenal Conditions

  • Reproductive Endocrinology

  • General Endocrinology

Of course, the Clinical Weekend isn’t only about the ground-breaking scientific content that is presented each year without fail. We also want our delegates to discover the beautiful destination of Brisbane. On Saturday afternoon, we invite everyone to explore the city in a way that suits them, whether that be kayaking on the Brisbane River, abseiling at the beautiful Kangaroo Point cliffs, distilling your own gin at Australia’s only registered Gin School, Brisbane Gin Distillery, or touring the Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA) or Queensland Museum. On Saturday evening, enjoy the conference dinner at the GOMA Rooftop Terrace, taking in views of the Brisbane River at night.

We look forward to welcoming you to Brisbane for what will be a wonderful event!
